    Dear Sir,
    Based on the review of your RTI application, by Mr. Bimal Khemani, our esteemed RTI expert, we feel that the request you are seeking is a Voluminous Information. This can be denied citing RTI Act, SEC. 7(9). We may try to file an RTI, but we feel that it is advisable to ask for inspection of records u/s. 2(j) and take copies of required papers.

    If you would be interested in going for the inspection, please let us know. We can try to find RTI activists in Vishakapatnam to accompany you.
