I would like to inform you that in Khurdaroad division of East-coast-Railway at Divisional cash and Pay office prevailing an injustice and intolerable actions by concerning Pay and cash staff and the following facts will magnify that how poverty line is increasing rapidly among the railway staff who are working in Khurda division.Pay clerks working under Divisional cashier are in the practice of lending money to the staff who are working in Railway and on the salary date of every month they are collecting huge interest @ Rs.10% of their salary thus the staff they are unable to make both ends meet their families and unable to afford the expenses of their children’s educations and day by day they are facing poverty line.Divisional Cashier of Pay office at Khurdaroad should be strictly advised to stop this sort of practice.
In view of the facts explained above you are requested to probe an action and arrange to shift the staff who found guilty.
almost in all railways payment is done through bank account Direct credit.In your division ask the trade unions to expedite the process of bank payment all the problems will b solved like in our western railway ADI division.
