misutilisation of funds by Health officers ndmc New Delhi
I want to ask about the printed health material published by NDMC on recommendations of Quality council of India
What are the total number of publications ( boards, pamphalets, handbooks, cards, charts etc. ) along with their quantity published by NDMC after recommendations of QCI
Whether any demand survey was done after inviting demand from various dispensaries for deciding the number of items under each published material or how their quantiy was decided for publication
What is the total cost incurred till date on publication of various pamphalets, books, charts, and various other such things by health department after recommendations of QCI
Which firms were given the order for publication of such materials. Are they in some or the other way owned by relatives of the officers involved who were issuing of orders of such publication. The quotations from different firms for such printed material should be counterchecked after proper inquiry as to whether the other firms actually do exist and their rates, addresses and signatures of rate quoting authority should be re-checked about the authenticity of their original quotation or forged one.
Whether any govt. publication firms were contacted to make a comparative evaluation of rates for such publication
It is known that several such health literature on many such diseases is already published by many central and state level health departments and is available free of cost on demand. Whether any such attempt was made to procure the same from such departments.
