Hello,
i am working in AIRINDIA-DEPATMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY onbehalf of silica infotech pvt. ltd.company’s contract should start fom 1st january 2012,but it was delayed by one month and starts from 1st february 2012.i think the reason behind this was that company does’nt have complete documents to take contract.company manager Mr. Vikas Gupta(9311023408) know some Sr. Level Staff in airindia, and he was the mediater in all these.before silica infotech Pvt. ltd., me and some of my colleagues were working with progressive infotech pvt. ltd. on same project.
As per contract the minimum qualification of candidate must be a 3 years technical diploma holder or must be B.tech holder.
but now silica infotech pvt. ltd. terminating us without any reason and taking candidates who are only 12 ‘th pass or they are not eligible for the job.
so i want to know that how M/S Silica infotech Pvt. Ltd gets this contract and why it is taking under qualified candidates.
