1.selection 2005 scale 1 to 2 fast trac channel selection 11 . first and second ranked persons were given posting in bihar persons lower down the merit retained in delhi zone.why it was so.who took the decision and under what rules and placement policies.when it was represented to chairman pnb application was rejected. whether representation was placed with chairman or not.what were his comments.
2.selection 2008 14nth selection channel 1 – scale 1 to 2— first 6 ranker were allocated barreily zone and person lower down the merit was given posting in delhi zone and was placed with feo faridabad.which policy permitted it.who authorized such posting.when represented to chairman pnb, was representation placed to chairman.what were his comments.
3. selection 2011 channel -2 scale 1 to 2 – how many persons with lower marks were given postings in delhi zone.why persons with higher marks were posted outside and under which policy. why persons who qualified both the channels were given postings wide channel 2.let us know when policy to do so was framed.and if it was after result why it was implemented for channel conducted before framing the policy.when represented and appealed whether appeal was placed before chairman or not.
