RTI regarding false LTC claim by govt employees

Sub: First Appeal under section 19 (1) of the RTI Act 2005
I have filed the RTI application dated 14th February 2012 and 20th April 2012 was filed with the PIO, South Eastern Railways Kharagpur seeking information with respect of PNR Nos. 643-1827001 and 614-7843404 against 2 following points.
- Whether journey was availed on the e- ticket tickets bearing PNR Nos. 643-1827001 and 614-7843404 for Journey in AC 3 Tier (3A) by Bhubaneswar Rajdhani from Kharagpur to New-Delhi on 20th May 2011 and from New-Delhi to Kharagpur on 30th May 2011 respectively.
- Whether the e-ticket was cancelled before the journey if yes that provide me the date of cancelled of e-tickets.
The information sought by me was not provided by the PIO South Eastern Railway, Kharagpur. As the information is required to expose the false LTC claim of a govt employee. Since the LTC expensed are charged to public account.
