Hi All in RTI Anonymous team, Please reply as per your expertise if we can file such RTI application requiring information related to specific person. I am not able to make some right decision in this regard.

    • Anand - RTI Anonymous (Director - Overseas Operations) says:

If this is specific to a particular specific person, then it does not come under the scope of being Anonymous.
It would make for a much stronger application if it is filed by the person himself. If they need help in drafting RTI Applications, then I would suggest them to contact http://www.rtination.com , who specialize in Non-Anonymous RTI Application.
Also, they can send me an email at rti-usa@getup4change.org with their phone number and location and if we have specific RTI activists, in their town, I can ask them to contact Mr. Jayesh and help him to draft the RTI Application (at their personal capacity)

Kamalji, Please let me know, if I can transfer this request to a different Category “Non-Anonymous RTI Request”

Thanks Anand. Mr. Jayesh, pls contact RTINation/Anand/some other RTI activists, they will help you in drafting your application. There is no harm in asking your own money and whatever reply you get, pls tell us. We will take some appropriate step. But go ahead for sue. All the best.
@Anand: Pls move this request to “Non-Anonymous RTI Request”
