AAO’s Cadre Information

Dear Madam,

The following information is desired under Section 4 (1) (b) of the RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2005. This information can be granted by you as per guidelines issued by CAG of India under Lr.No.541 – LC/III – 2005 dated 26.8.2005.

1. What is the combined cadre (AAO/SO’s) sanctioned strength as on 01/04/2012 in the AG(Audit), AP, office?

2. How many officials are officiating in these cadres in your office and among them give break up for S.C’s , S.T.’s & general?

3. What is the criteria to get promotion to this cadre?

4. Whether there is any direct recruitment quota is available in these cadres in your office?

5. If  direct recruitment is available, how many officials are recruited directly from 1/1/2000 to till date in your office?

6. How many vacant posts are there in the cadre of AAO/SO  in your office?

7. Among the vacancies how many posts are reserved for SC’s and how many vacancies are there for ST’s in your office?

8. How many eligible officials are waiting for promotion into these cadre’s from Andhra Pradesh?

9. Whether there is any quota reserved for officials of your own office? if so how many?

10.Whether there are any deputations to your office into these cadres from other offices?  If so, does the vacancies stated above include these deputations or not ? When their deputation will be terminated?

11. What is the Roaster? Give the details of the cadre(AAO/SO) as per roaster?

12. What is the transfer policy in your office?

13. Since how many years the present staff of your administration sections are working in the same post including youself?

14. Give the history(where they worked & tenure)  of your staff who are presently in Adminstation Section since last 10 years?

15. Give names of officials who are on deputation, along with, which office they belong to & since what date they are on deputation?
