  1. Hello says:

Where the Central Information Commission or State Information Commission, as the case may be, is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds to inquire into the matter, it may initiate an inquiry in respect thereof.

where can we complaint under the act of 18(2)when we not receive sufficient decision from SIC Chd.
in my case, from where i want to receive information, it was not given to me for one & half years. former state commissioner (smt. asha sharma) was leading the case rightly. but the present commissioner (urvashi gulati) favours the govt. directly.
so i m very tensed what to do or not do.
      plz. suggest me

You can complain to the Central Information Commission if you are not satisfied by the SIC.
Usually hearings are time consuming hence even if you complain to the CIC, it will take much longer to clear the case.
If you wish to follow up on your information, the SIC hearing is perhaps the best option that you have currently.
