i want to know the bank account details of mr sasidharan nair.He is an employ of state bank of india  mahe branch. he is  the  security guard  of that bank

    This is a personal information of a person.
    This request is outside the purview of RTI requests and outside the scope and intention of our organization.
    RTI Anonymous is an organization, which is more specific to filing RTI’s for people who are scared to file RTI’s (for fear of retribution and physical harm )

    I want to add further that the Bank details as to the personal account of a person cannot be disclosed by any bank except for the investigating agencies like police,CBI etc.

    Dear Sir/madame

    I have filed an RTI at E ward Byculla Mumbai asking for details of the permission granted to the builder and details if he has purchased the property before building.

    when i went to the concerned officer he was very agrogent and rude and refused to give me the details and said he will post it if he has the time.

    the fact is when they know the builder is involved they refuse to give me details this is happend even in 2006.

    how do i go about it pleass do let me know
    I have a court case agnist the same builder which he is delaying through his advocate on some pertex or other since my mother is 80years old and we are struggling to get justice for the last 32 years.

      Dear Sir,
      Apart from the legal recourse, that you have already taken, there is nothing else that we can think of.
      Even with the legal recourse, you need to accumulate proofs of the builder’s wrong doings and RTI definitely would not be able to help you provide you that. You need to find some other ways, to get those proofs.
      I am sorry, to be so blunt. But prefer to be honest and straight-forward, rather than give you false hopes thru us.

        It is very difficult to take on the builder lobby but then again one cant let them get away

        I have not given up yet. will find a way .once i do will let u guys know so as to help someone walking the same path sure there will be .

          Mr. Pereira, There is a confusion here …
          You ended up posting your query on somebody else’s RTI Request.(who was actually wanting to find a specific person’s bank details)
          Yours is a different case and from what I have read, (now) .. it seems that we may need to review it.

          Please refile this as a separate RTI Request and our team can review it.
          Otherwise , it would not be viewed by the team, bcos they will think that this is part of the original request.
