SPIO and AA selection violating rules in Kerala State Rifle Association
From KSRA website www.theksra.com as per CIR/007/2013 dated 16/07/2013 regarding appointment of Public Information Officer and Appellate Authority
1)To the best of my understanding of the Govt of Kerala notifications, As per Govt of Kerala Guidelines an Appellate Authority has to be of the Rank of Deputy Secretary to the Govt of Kerala or the highest office bearer in that office which in this case should have been the President of KSRA .
a) How is the State Public Information Officers selected in KSRA , b) How is the Appellate Authority selected in KSRA.
2) Where these guidelines followed in the appointments of SPIO and Appellate Authority in KSRA
3) What measures are being taken to make sure the appointment adheres to the Govt of Kerala norms
4) Please provide copy of the minutes of Executive Committee held on 25-06-2013
