RTI Requests

Sir can anybody help me in framing RTI against a SRA project in Mulund West, as before getting the Letter of Intent (L.O.I.), the builder has started demolition work and also there is lot of Corruption going on in the project…..

 

Pls help me in framing RTI, To whom should i file RTI and questions have to be asked to expose corruption.
