PL. INFORM ABOUT THE TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP YOU HAVE IN YOUR EDUCATION TRUST WITH MEMBERSHIP FEES AND PROCEEDURE TO BECOME A MEMBER IN THIS PUBLIC TRUST.

    Hello, Since RTI Act deals with getting information from the public authorities and nt from private agencies/trusts etc. this forum will not be helpful to you.

      The trust is registered as Public Trust by Charity Commissioner, and such educational trusts are also availing govt. fundings for their institutions, some times including land on a very concessional rate, they are covered under RTI.

    Mr.Boda, The home page o Sadhana Education Trust doesn’t say this. It may be a public Trust but,it comes under the purview of RTI Act only if the Trust gets substantial Grants ( ie. mre than 50% of its expenditure)from Central Govt or the State Govt. The home page of the Trust doesn’t admit this.
