Provide the details of buying an NMR instrument through RTI

Dear sir/madam,

I want to get the complete information of buying the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) instruments in IISER Mohali (Punjab). Please let me know the following details.

1). Provide the copies of a quote (when IISER Mohali baught the Instrument) which were provided by the company for the NMR machines

2). How many instruments that IISER  Mohali had asked to the NMR company (which provided to this IISER). Provide the official copy or proof.

3). What was the cost of  NMR machines? If more than one, provide the copies for each?

4). When IISER Mohali had transferred money to the NMR company for all the machines? Provide the copy(s) of  each?

5). What the date that was given by the NMR company to send the machines to IISER?

6). When the Institute has got the NMR machines? Provide the copies for everything.

7). Provide the information exchange from both sides with proof?

6). What was the company name that provided the NMR machines to IISER mohali?

7). Who monitored this procedure from the IISER Mohali? Provide the information about the committee and the convener to this?

    Plz file this. In IISER Mohali, these people baught the NMR machines (about crores) and it has become their personal thing. Want to know what was shifted to personal accounts?.

        Sir, Reply to this is completely deviated from the track. They did not give any information regarding the questions. When we are asking this question to PRO of IISER Mohali, why are they forwarding to the other organizations and the other PRO’s. Questions are related to IISER and we want them to answer. Please see this reply and compare that to the questions.
        They did not give a reply to the other RTI’s yet. They are avoiding simply and delaying. Please take care of this and take a further action.
