Reg. wrong billing of my Phone Connection(Phone No. 2845046)

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to the subject job.

For the same, I have written to CMD(BSNL) too, but inspite of even forwarding of tjhe same by CMD(BSNL) to the dealing officer, no action is being taken by them and  Billing of some other person(best known to BSNL officials), whose Contact No. is 9457965750(as is evident from Copy of Complaint No. Dtd. 8th June’12-Copy attached) and PAN No. is AABCB5576G(as is evident from Bill from Apr’12 to Aug’12-Copies attached)is being done to my Account.

 

I am hereby reproducing the Email matter dtd. 29th Aug’12, written to all officials of Ghaziabad(UP) BSNL , including CMD BSNL.

“In reference to your Email reply, dtd 29th Aug’12, please note the followings:-

1). As stated in my Email dtd. 26th Aug’12,”From 27th January’2012 to 27th July’2012, there was no BSNL phone connection available with me.” i.e. the period for which Bills have been raised by BSNL.

2). It is worth to mention to here that:-

a). I have shifted my Phone No. 0120-2672454 on 27th Jan’12 to my present address(your Office Order No.8005082785, dtd. 27th January’2012), and on the same day Telephone Instrument was also taken away by your staff

b). I have vacated from the address, to which the bill have been raised,  on 28th Jan’12 and started residing to my present address

c). The phone no. 0120-2672454 and address ,mentioned in the bills raised by you for the above mentioned periods, are not applicable to me

d). The new phone connection( Ph. No.0120-2845046) was installed on 28th July’12

3). However in line with the commitment as given by you in your Email “The amount shall be adjusted in bill to be issued in the month of Sept. 2012.” , I wish to pay Rs. 1394/-. Kindly tell me the phone no. against which the amount to be paid, as both phone nos. were not with me during the period of billing.

In view of above mentioned factual positions and commitment given by you, kindly adjust the amount to be paid by me in bill to be issued in the month of Sept. 2012.

In view if above facts, may I request your goodself to take up the matter with BSNL, Ghaziabad(UP), so that facts may be exposed.
