Public Road maintenance
I believe, If the govenrment responsible persons are not doing their duty properly on time, it is of serious issue.
Who all are responsible for the maintenace of Public Roads?
If the maitenance of roads or tarring of roads are not done on time, to whome can a citizen file compliant/case?
What are all documents needed to file a compliant/case or sending notice to the responsible persons with the involvement of government ? What is the procedure for the same?
What will be the approxiamte charges for filing a complaint/case ?

Dear sir, Maintenance of public roads is the duty of Govt depending upon whether it is a National High way, where it is CPWD, and in other cases it is State Govt.You have a role too in this. You have to approach your elected representative of the area and bring it to his/her notice. U have to raise ur voice in some forum in your place and go to media – both print media and electronic media.

We r paying Toll chgs for entering in mUmbai at Dahisar Toll Naka but the Flyovers just next after 50 meters is in very bad shape. Why should we pay Toll? Where the kitty goes
