Please answer/provide information for the following queries:

1. Kindly provide authenticated copy of rule/circular/notice or any other legal/administrative instructions that govern the promotion of Engineers of Engineering department of Airindia (Erst while Indian airlines).

2. Kindly provide the information that what are the rules/regulations that govern the promotion of present employee of Air India.

3. Kindly provide the information that whether the rules for employee of Indian Airlines, Air India before merger are applicable on the present employee or not.

4. Kindly provide the information that whether the Assured Career Progression scheme agreed and acted upon by the Management of Indian airlines,Air India and employees is still applicable and enforceable or not?

5. Kindly provide/give details of all promotions in Engineering Department of Erst while Indian Airlines and Air India from the period April 2010 to December 2011 with respective Orders.

6. Kindly provide the information/list of engineers who have fallen due for promotion under Assured Career Progression (Time Bound promotion) since May 2010 and have not been promoted. Please provide the office notification/file notifying for rejection/non consideration of these rejected cases.

7. Kindly provide the information/file noting on the representation regarding Time Bound Promotion given to SBU Head-MRO(Engines and Components) by group of engineers of erst while Indian airlines from Northern region and western region dated 20^th December 2010 from northern region and 15^th December2010 and its reminder dated 10^th February 2011 from western region. Also kindly provide the information/file noting on the representation given to Chairman and Managing Director of Air India ltd. in the open house session held on 30^th November 2011 at New Delhi. Copy of representation is attached for your reference.
