Development work in previous 10 years

dear sir,

I belong to a small town in UP. There is no work done in the name of development in previous ten years .please help/guide me to draft a meaningful RTI. I want to file a rti in nagar panchayat for following question

  1. How much money received in form of development fund in previous 10 years?
  2. How much money used in development work and how much money returned to state government in previous 10 years.
  3. Please give the detail list of the work done in previous 10 years in the name of development.
  4. Please provide the detail of work done in previous 10 years, ward vise.
  5.  How much fund distributed ward vise for development in previous 10 years in detail?
