Please file RTI that how the chief Engineer (south Zone ) Irrigation and public health department enlisted Mr. Sandeep Rathore R/o Opposite Municipal committee  office Nahan (H.P.) as “A” class contractor as  He is not a mechanical or civil engineer . Please demand photocopy of documents which he submitted at the time of registration
