1. How many samples have failed in quality tests procured by Corporation since May 2011, Give details of Medicine, Batch No, Expiry date, Name of Manufacturer, Quantity purchased, Total Cost of Drug Consignement, Report No., Date of Report and Reason to declare Fail.
2.Reports of Approved Testing Labs of Failed drugs procured and sent by by Corporation,
3.Reports of Failed drugs from the drugs procured by Corporation by the Inspectors of Rajasthan Govt under Drug Act.
4.Action initiated by The Drug Department, Corporation and Inspectors.
5. Action taken to recall the undistributed stocks. Details of recalled Stock and its disposition details.
