Background: Booking of domestic gascylinders has been blocked for nearly 3000 consumers at Chhota Udepur [Dist Vadodara] without any prior notice. Please provide following information:
3.1 Certified copy of orders for such blocking of booking of domestic gas cylinders, with name and designation of officers who issued such orders to block booking.
3.2 Date, mode and format of copy of advance notice given to consumers in Chhota Udepur.
3.3 Certified copies of advertisements released with name and date of news papers.
4. Filing fee: IPO No __________for Rs.10/- enclosed.
5. Please rush information by registered post. I am an Indian citizen. Reply in English.
6. Permit me inspection of relevant records.
