Denying Refund of the Fees by college authorities
I am a student of Vivekananda Institute Of Professional Studies,Pitampura.
As per the hike-in-fee notice issued by Guru Govind Singh Inderprashtha University,earlier in this year,our college hiked the fees by rs 4800.
Later,an another notice was issued by the university asking the affiliated colleges to return the hiked amount to the students belonging to the batch 2011-2012.
when we asked for the same to our college authorities, they clearly declined admitting such kind of notice even though it is present on university’s website ( of which the link has been provided above).
therefore,i would like to know why there has been a delay in refunding the money ? also, why our college authorities are not providing us any concrete reason? and, why they are declining admitting the notice issued by GGSIPU ?
