Officers working in one Section for a very long time.
As per Government of India’s guidelines, no officer should work in a sensitive Section / desk for more than 3 years and in a non-sensitive Section / desk for more than 5 years. It is understood that a number of officers in the Ministry of External Affairs are continuously working in a Section for a very long time, which boost corruption.
Please provide the full details viz. name, designation, deployment, work profile and period of their continuous working in the same Section / Division etc. of all the officials in the Ministry of External Affairs who have been working in the same Section / Division for more than 5 years.
Details of all previos deployment of all such officials may also please be provided.
Name and details of such officers/staff members who even after their promotion have continued to work in the same Section / Division where they have been working for more than 5 years, may please be provided.
