Dear Sir,
Through right to information (RTI) I like to know about the guidelines required by Delhi Police for Cyber Cafe Users.There is not written guidelines from the police department. Every police officer,whether SHO, or beat officer narrated different stories and demand different document from the user.
I need a copy of Guidelines sent to police department by govt ,,so that the I will be cleared about the right Guidelines
