corruption in defence forces
in the name of national security we compromise or even neglect the misuse of public money in defence forces.
In defence many things are purchased( from stationary to equipment) from local vendors to fulfill the requirements of service, all this is paid through public funds. What i have seen here that things are purchased at least three times the price of thing from local market just in the name of quality. Even auditors don’t raise those points as they got their share.
under rti information can be sought from head quaters about the details of local purchase of things of a particular year and could be seen how funds are being looted among vendors and officers of defence forces. Even auditors can be questioned on the same points for their involvement in this loot. every year billions of rupee is looted just in the name of security of nation. this is very bad, i could have asked this information directly but i know if i could do it i have to pay for this.
