Water and Drainage Connection – Jagadish Nagar, Bangalore

We reside in 5th Main Road, Jagadish Nagar, New Thippasundra, Bangalore – 560075. In our apartment there are close to 40 houses. In the same road, there are few apartments that has a total of 150 houses. Way back in 2005, all the 40 houses in our apartment paid close to Rs 15000 to BWSSB for Cauvery Water and Drainage facility. Till date, no water has come and the drainage connections are also not provided.
Total money collected in 2005 – Rs 6 lakh. Now that 6years have passed this will be atleast 12 lakhs. And this is only for our apartment.
Other apartments are relatively new however the rates have been increased as well. In the last 3 years atleast 3 apartments with approximately 100 houses have come up. BWSSB rates collected by the BBMP varies from 1 lakh to 2 lakhs currently, per house. Keeping atleast 50k per house, this would amount to atleast 50 lakhs. All in one street.
While other areas are having drainage connection, water supply, i dont know why our street is neglected and do not know when this will be eventually done.
Just wanted to check if this can be filed under RTI.
