Sub: Request for information under RTI act 2005

Respected sir,

I x , resident of Hyderabad, citizen of India,.I wish to seek below information under right to information Act 2005.

Can you please provide the following information on “Kakatiya Thermal Power Plant “

 

 

i)                   Provide  certified copies of MOU/Agreements /or any other contractual document with APGENCO or Andhra Pradesh State Government entered by KTPP

ii)     Provide  the terms and conditions of the KTPP project with photocopies for the same

iii)      Provide the information with sufficient documentary evidence

a)      How many number of locals have been displaced by the KTPP project ,provide the names and other details

b)     How many people lost their land due to this project with names and other details

c)      Was there any instance where KTPP has compensated the land losers or people displaced ,through any means (may be through Apgenco or Ap government

d)     Provide the list people who received the compensation by the KTPP or AP Genco with all details including the money provided/jobs provided /land provided

e)      What were the promises made by KTPP or APGenco to the people..in-terms of giving jobs to local people or any other promise ,provide sufficient documentary evidence for the same

 

iv)                Provide following information

a)      How many units of electricity generated by the KTPP since its commissioning /inception

b)     How many units have been sold to other states and at what rate KTPP sold or still selling..provide month wise breakup since its commissioning /or inception

c)      What are the conditions to sell the electricity to other states other than Andhra Pradesh,
