Sub: Request for information under RTI act 2005

Respected sir,

I Sumanth Kumar V, resident of Hyderabad, citizen of India,.I wish to seek below information under right to information Act 2005.

Can you please provide the following information on “Kakatiya Thermal Power Plant “

 

 

i)                   Provide the number of employees recruited by KTPP or appointed by AP Genco  in the KTPP plant with names and the place they belong to with other details

 

a)      The number of employees regularized by KTPP with names and place they belong to

b)     Provide the details of employees with their employment status as permanent /regular/non-regular /contractual or any other

 

ii)                 How many local people have been recruited by KTPP with names and other employment details

 

iii)              May I have the photocopy of the pollution board –no objection certificate

 

iv)               May I have the photocopy of the environmental clearance given by the central government

 

 

I am depositing requisite fee rs 10 by way of postal order No:, please provide the information in DVD.
