I want to know following from the authority of SIKKIM MANIPAL UNIVERSITY,TADONG,SIKKIM EAST

1. WHY Some of your dean and HODS (after 65years) holing dean and HOD post?

2. Is it leagal to appoint a mathamatics person as a dean accademic in Engineering college?

3.Why the person who retaird from Army becomes professor,HOD or Director without any teaching or industrial experiance and without proper degree.

4. Is your director is eligible( as per UGC rules) for the post of Director in sikkim manipal institute of technology,east sikkim
