Bad Food Quality in Mess of LBS Hall
Subject: Information desired under the Right to Information Act from the Indian Institute of Technology,Kharagpur.
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to the bad quality of food in the messes of the institute.
Please give me the following information under the Right to Information Act:
1. Please provide me with a certified copy of the contract papers of the mess of Lal Bahadur Shastri Hall of Residence.
2. Please provide me with the names and designation of the people who were involved during the signing of the contract in Lal Bahadur Shastri Hall of Residence.
3. Please provide me with the conditions on which the mess contract can be cancelled.
This application is based on tip-offs received from personal sources. So kindly do ensure its confidentiality. A failure on this account may also endanger the safety of some people.
Preferred language in which information is desired is Hindi or English. In case any of the above-asked information is held by or related to another public authority, you are requested to transfer the application or such part of it as may be appropriate to that other public authority with an intimation to the undersigned (Section 6(3) of Right to Information Act).
