3. Reply and cancellation of my application by the court due to fee structure is different for court RTI.

4. Second application made by me for district court alongwith 500/ INR fee.

5. Reply and again cancellation of my application by the court.

Now This is my humble request to the Honorable SIC, UP to please look into this matter, this matter is closely related to my brother murder.
