RTI Requests

Information requested:

1. Please provide me with the details of the working hours at Inland Container Depot and other Customs formations all over India.

2. How many of the formations are working 6 days a week.

3. If any of the formation is working 6 days a week, is there any extra or special staff deputed for the 6th working day.

4. If the answer to point 3 is no, then please provide me the information whether any extra salary is being paid for the extra day i.e. the 6th day.

5. If any extra salary is not being paid, then please specify the provisions under which it is not being paid for the extra day i.e. the 6th day.

5. Please provide me the Central Government Circular/ notice/ notification which authorise the formations to remain opened on 6 days.

6. Has CBEC issued any instruction to the formations for working days 6 days a week. if yes, then please provide me the copy of the instruction and also specify the legal provisions under which it has been issued.

7. Is CBEC following the 6th Pay Commission recommendation in toto or not regarding the working days and hours.

8. Specify the working hours per day for the customs formations in India.
