Ill- maintained Water Cooler at bus stand

Sir,
“i want to draw your attention towards the water cooler(Installed by DhaulaDhar bus service) we have on Palampur bus stand. That is not maintain as it should be. we can see over flowed water lying everywhere near it which attracts the flies as well as mosquitoes there. above of this . i saw water was blocked at its dispenser so its totally un-hygienic to have water from it.See the attachment
Please educate ground staff to maintain and keep it clean.As i think this is only water cooler we have there “

with application no TPT/2012288 . but that is still pending
