I would like to know about a company named as ,MINITEK HYGIENE MAKERS  address- No. 9, Ground Floor, Dhanji Shamji Udyog Bhavan, Veera Desai, Road, Andheri West,Mumbai – 400053, Maharashtra , India- , Does  the company has necessary Licencing from the goverment bodies for dealing in chemicals & hygiene products, Does the company follow safety measures while making the chemicals( as i hvae seen them mixing the chemicals in a hut at jeevan nagar plot no U1 U2 veera desai road andheri west with no safety measures without caring about the environment & safety of the people staying  around, I want to know about the financial status of the company  does it pay service tax, VAT tax & other related taxes.
