information of a construction company

I I would like to know information about a construction company name & address given below…

MY questions are
1) As per my information Ravi kiran bldg no-24, karmyog bldg no -27, vitthal darshan bldg no- 10 suited at Azad nagar no-2 veera desai road andheri west mumbai -53 are been developed by westin developers, I would like to know about the blueprint maps of the above societies & the no of floors permitted to be build by the developers legally, And what offers was given to the society members by the developer.
2) Also another building named as Blue star bldg no-6, on the same road azad nagar no-2 veera desai road , Was it build by the same developer.
Private entities are exempted from the purview of RTI and in case there was a contract with any form of the government then RTI’s can be filed before that particular government authority.
The property devloped by the above developer is on Mahada land which is an govt body so i request you to help us.
