I wrote same  petition to AP High Court like AP HRC.

I want information why they didn’t hear .

    It high time to think about the cases being listed in A P High Court, there is no seniority or mentioning by advocate, how a case being listed or not listed. no rational is being followed. a reasonable criteria shall be followed for posting of cases before benches. discretion of Honorable Judge, but not at the mercy of ………,
