I am a novice i want to know how to file an RTI regarding a Company that deals with holiday packages in goa , i want to know the genuineness of the company , i have my cyber receipt and my transaction listed in  my statement.

I have made a prepayment of 6000/- is there anyway if this is a scam that i can get back my money

    Dear Sir/Madam
    RTI is not applicable to private bodies. So in case of fraud approaching the police is recommended.
