Sub: Pension Disbursement: PPO no: 53843
Name of Pensioner: Yatin Nilkanth Dholakia

Kindly inform us the status of the above mentioned Pension. The same has not been disbursed since January 2011 in spite of sending Life Certificate and bank reminder from Punjab National Bank, Santacruz Branch letter dated 05.02.2011 and subsequent letter in September 2011.

    I understand that u r getting EPF pension and that the pension is stopped from January 2011.PF Office will stop pension only when they don’t get the life certificate during the month of November. What I suggest is that u can make a personal visit to PF office with the proof of sending your life certificate. There is no reason for stopping the sanctioned pension other than this reason.This will be faster than filing an RTI application.

      Also, I do not think this RTI application needs to be an anonymous RTI application as there is no threat, that I percieve.
