want to file an rti to find out the inspection report regarding the salary and other benefits of the private unaided schools that were inspected by the team of inspectors of directorate of education on 18 oct 2012.Also what penalty has been imposed by the directorate on the schools who have failed to implement the recommendations of 6th pay commission and thus not paid arrears to their teachers
Pay Commission deals with reviewing of the salaries of only government employees.
according to Delhi Education Act1973,teachers of the private unaided recognised schools are to be treated at par with the govt school teachers in matters of fixation of salary
