volunteer behavior in RATNAWALI, 2012 is very rough. so please give me information about the procedure of selecting volunteer for the same and who give them right to speak in abusive manner with the students. Also provide me the information and proof of  all the notices used for selecting volunteer in RATNAWALI 2012.
