S D Agricultural University, S K Nagar, 385 506 district Banaskantha, Gujarat is a premier institution for work on cytoplasmic sterlity in pigeonpea (Tur / Arhar). Dr L D Parmar Asstt, Reserach Scientist (Pulses), Centre of excellence for reserach on Pulses, S K Nagar did his Ph D on cytoplasmic sterlity in pigeonpea. In this regards following information may be furnished:

1. Was it the first report of cytopcytoplasmic sterlity in pigeonpea
2. Who crossed wild species with pigeonpea and how many crosses were done in which year.
3. What was the advancemment pattern of different generations year wise till cytoplasmic sterlity in pigeonpea  was reported
4.  The same work was done in hybrid project in 1993-94, how Dr L D Parmar’s work was different from that so as thedoctrate  degree was awarded considering his work as orgional; not done before
5. There were complaints in late 1990s  that Dr Parmars work is manipulated. What action university has taken on those complaints.
6. What was the mode of appointment of Dr Parmar at Mundra. How many applications were invited and How much duration he stayed there and work done by him
7. Dr Parmar was posted as Director IT. What degree he had for the said post.
8. He was transferred/removed allegedly on putting up false bills of crores of rupees in library in 2010. What action was taken against him
