Sales tax paid by ISKCON MVT, Vrindavan, Mathura, UP.

Do the restaurant in ISKCON MVT is registered with Sales tax department, if not what action has been taken by the Sales Tax Department?

Is it true that recently the above said premises was raided by the Sales Tax Department,if yes, what action has been taken by the Department in this regard?

The basis of the assessment kindly be given year wise since 2005 to 2011.

    Information required:
    1. Please provide me the name, address of all registered restaurants with Deptt. of Commercial Taxes, U.P. in town Varindavan, Mathura,
    2. Please tell if restaurant in ISKCON Temple, MVT, Varindavan is registered with Deptt. of Commercial Taxes, U.P. or not. If not, what actions has the department taken in this regard? Please furnish copies of all kinds of communication done by the department for taking such actions.
    3. Has the department received any complaint written/verbal in this regard till date? Please provide copy of complaint received and action, reply done on each and every request.
    4. Has the department ever conducted any kind of inquiry or raid for the mentioned restaurant from 2005 to 2011? If yes, when and please provide status report of such inquiries/raid conducted since 2005.
    I am attaching the receipt of the payment of application fees for this RTI Application via Demand Draft of Rs. 10/- only and serial no. XXXXXXX. I am willing to pay any further charges as decided by the PIO and communicated to me with a reasoned written order, giving detailed calculations for arriving at the additional charges so requested by the PIO.
