Delay in processing of reissue of tatkal passport.

This is Apoorv Vijayvargiya from indore.I have applied for reissue of passport on tatkal basis and file number is BP1070532377812 on 30th Aug 2012. Also I have register the complaint on passport website www.passportindia.gov.in and my complaint number is 1230099932 and its status is still showing pending.My old passport number is H0944108.
My date of birth is 29/11/1988
My passport is suppose to issued within 15days from date of issue that is on or before 15th september 2012 but today is 11th November and it is showing the same status that passport is review under regional passport office.I have visited lot of times my regional passport office that is at bhopal but still they are answerable for reissuing of passport.
Please file the RTI for my complaint so that passport will be issued to me.

Dear Apoorv,
to understand your case in a simple way, you filed a application for issuance of Passport under Tatkal scheme and you did not get your Passport even after 3 months and they are not even telling problems with your application so just file an application asking why they are not dispatching this passport.You can check attached document for RTI Template.
