Redevlolpment of society buildings
We were made to sign building tentative plans after which the developer got the IOD along with approved plans in March 2011, which were never handed over to any member except to society chairman and secretary who are hand in glove with the developer.Now when Individual agreements were ready we were given different measurements and some freebies by BMC were missing.We were told that if we did not sign the Individual agreement then we will have to face the consequences..!!The firm belongs to an underworld boss and therfore nobody dares to say a word and to spoil the matters further secretary and chairman are hand in glove (after accepting a bribe of 25lacs each) and always sitting in builders office ready with society rubber stamps.
The society office bearers have been holding office since last decade not allowing any other member to become committee member..! The society accounts are in shambles and they refuse to reply any correspondence related to society accounts and almost all accounts are always finalised after a long gap.Not only accounts even the redevelopment querry are not replied to some of the members by society secretary and chairman…majority of members are NRI’s.
Even redevelpment Individual agrements are without society common seals and somewhere even pages missing during registration…then how did the BMC registrar register the agreement?We realised all this only after one month when the agreements were handed over to the members that too without any intimation from society office bearers.
We members want to know why flower beds are not being provided as promised and which plans have been duly approved by BMC for which we need copy of plans and why there are differences in measurements.
need to know the name of building and area so that RTI can be filed in appropriate ward. also if file no. is available it shoulsd help

I feel very scared to give out details as I have a son and daughter to think of….some body told me that the persons details are leaked out by RTI activists although no names being used here…these guys are connected to underworld and recently some murders have taken place which continue coming in news papers…although I want to blurt out all the facts, but damn scared to see my family being hurt…I need time to think please…I dont know whom to beleive…!
