Illegal street gates and unauthorized/risky construction in Area
Hello,
This is to bring to your kind notice that we the residence of Chander nagar (Delhi 110051) and other touching areas are living in pain because, where in 5 of three main undermentioned reasons:-
Unauthorized street gate fixed in gali number 2 (two) chander nagar Delhi 110051, which has been installed without required permissions and is closed for the public from last few years, however even the Citizen charter issued by delhi govt says that these gates can be kept close only between 11.00 pm to 5.00 AM. Now the street is being used by the street people for parking and other people are not allowed to go there.
Secondly, there used to be a park in this area with the name of Hazara Park. however unauthorized buildings have now been erected over that park land. So now there is no space where people can go for exercise or walk.
Thirdly, illegal construction is in full pace in the area. Private builders are building tall buildings with small base and are using very poor building material. It has created a huge risk of collapsing such buildings as the base is less and they are very tall. It is putting others life in danger, as the builder will ran away after selling the flats. Such kind of constructions may fall even on lesser intensity earthquakes. specially the buildings erected in B-9 Hazara park where in tall buildings have been on very small piece of areas which may fall at any point of time. You wont believe but builders have constructed a 4 story building on a 17 square yard plot and another same type of structure is under construction.
Now i need answers to my below mentioned questions:-
1. Who is responsible for inspection of unauthorized street gates in our area. I need Name, designation, department.
2. Why any action has not been taken even after four years of installation of this gate.
3. Who is responsible for inspection of unauthorized constructions in our area. I need Name, designation, department.
4. What actions are being taken to stop such unauthorized/risky constructions in future.
5. Till what date i can expect an action on my above mentioned complaint
6. who ( Name, department and designation) has permitted construction on the land that was for park (hazara park) and when (i mean date).
7. Please provide phone numbers of the above officers as well.
8. What actions will be taken against the officers in default.
