PARTICULARS OF INFORMATION REQUIRED

 

In compliance to Sub-Section 8 (1) (j) of The Right To Information Act 2005, which provides that the information which cannot be denied to the Parliament or a State Legislature shall not be denied to any person, please provide me the following information as soon as possible & within the time frame as stipulated under the RTI Act, 2005.

 

  1. Kindly provide the content of transfer policy if it exist for technical officers in Directorates
  2. Number of technical officers with their names who are as on date of this application, working in same office last 10 years or more.
  1. Name and designation of officer/s who are responsible and accountable for ensuring transfer of technical officers in the Directorate as per service rules or transfer policy.
  2. Numbers of request transfer applications have been received with their names of the technical officer from 01.01.2008 to 01.12.2012 with their places of posting.
  3. Number of request transfers have been considered for technical officers of the Directorate from 01.01.2008 to 01.12.2012 with name of the officer and place of posting considered and also provide also his/her previous places of posting details.
  4. Please provide entire posting details of Shri C. Nandaih, Senior Marketing Officer and reasons on record for inspite of his longest stay in Hyderabad for considering his transfer request again back to Hyderabad.(please provide copy of transfer order)
