विषय: सूचना के अधिकार के अंतर्गत चंदला(जिला छतरपुर) में सड़क निर्माण के विषय में जानकारी वावत
कृपया मुझे भोलेबाबा चंदला से बड़ी फील्ड चंदला तक की मुख्य सड़क के सन्दर्भ में 01 जनवरी 2001 से लेकर 01 नवम्बर 2011 तक की निम्न जानकारी प्रदान की जाये.
1. इस दौरान स्वीकृत सभी ठेकों जानकारी जिसमे देकेदार का नाम, पता, ठेके की राशि, उन सभी अधिकारियो के नाम, पद, पता जिनके हस्ताक्षर/स्वीकृति सम्बंधित ठेके को स्वीकृत करवाने में शामिल हो, दिनांक आदि सब शामिल हो.
2. प्रत्येक के लिए ठेका स्वीकृत होने के बाद ठेकेदार को कितने चरणों में कितनी राशि किस प्रकार दी गयी.
3. प्रत्येक के लिए ठेकेदार द्वारा काम कब प्रारंभ हुआ और कब समाप्त हुआ.
4. काम पूरा होने के बाद काम की जाँच किस इंजिनियर द्वारा की गयी उसका नाम, पद, पता इत्यादि, और जाँच का परिणाम.
5. यदि कोई वर्तमान में कोई काम चल रहा हो तो उपरोक्त बिन्दुओ के आधार पर उसके बारे में जितनी जानकारी उपलब्ध हो वह भी प्रदान की जाये.
6. यदि भोलेबाबा चंदला से बड़ी फील्ड चंदला तक की सड़क के बारे में जानकारी उपलब्ध न हो तो उपरोक्त जानकारी उन सडको के लिए दे जिनके अंतर्गत वांछित सडक शामिल हो.

मैंने नए सिरे से आरटीआई लगायी थी उसकी पावती भी प्राप्त हो गयी है, मै ये जानना चाहता हू कि
मैंने इसमें कही भी ये नही बताया कि १० रुपये का पोस्टल आर्डर इस लिफाफे के अंदर है, तथा मैंने सिर्फ १० रुपये का ही पोस्टल आर्डर लगाया था तो लिक निर्माण विभाग से प्रत्युत्तर कैसे दिया जायेगा
We received reply which is not satisfactory. How should be go ahead about 1st appeal.
The queries drafted by you in the RTI Application are very good and as it is your first RTI Application you have done an excellent work.
The reply of the PIO is absurd and absolutely wrong as you have specifically for information in the form of documents in your RTI Application in most of your queries.
File a first appeal to the FAA , send a photocopy of the reply and your original application with the first appeal .In the first appeal mention that you have asked for specific information which should be provided in document form by the PIO as mentioned in the RTI Act . Request the FAA to provide information to you as soon as possible.

If application is not formatted properly, please let us know. We are beginner, not having any experience.

मैंने एक शिकायत पत्र प्रथम् अपीलीय अधिकारी को भेज दिया है.
i have been received this latter by the 1st apeal officer
this is reply of 1st appeal from PIO. Clearly we forgot to attach Rs 50 non judicial stamp for fee due to lack of knowledge.
But they are saying to file 1st appeal in another office.
