i dont know about POI
i was purchased the N.S.C. in sept 2009. now in 2012 i need the money but the post office persons are not giving me the permission of withdrawals. i search the withdrawals rules and i found that i can withdraw after 3 years and almost there is 3 years and 3 months completed. then to they are not allowed for the withdrawals. so pl. advice me for this withdraw process.

Regarding this I request you to provide the following information.
1. What is the minimum time period after which the applicant can withdraw the money from NSC certificates?
2. Can the NSC certificates mentioned above eligible for such withdrawals?
3. Who is the specific officer in charge of NSC certificates withdrawals at _____________ post office
4. What is the authority where I can file a complaint on particular officer who is/are preventing me from encashing my NSC certificates?

Once the above RTI is answerd, please also file a complaint on the specific people in post office who prevented you from withdawing. An RTI on that would make sure they dont do the same to others.
