Procedural Lapse for Surveying Lands

With reference to the old Survey numbers 8,9 and 10 for the lands situated in Peddanapalya Village, Tavarekere Hobli, Bangalore South taluk and with respect to survey Skecths, I would like to know the following things
1) Photocopy of all Applicants who have appled for surveying of their lands and also photocopy of the Survey Notice issued and Survey statement recorded at the time of Survey of the above mentioned Survey numbers from 01-01-2006 to till date.Has the surveyor or the concerned department has followed the guidelines laid by the Government of Karnataka for survey Purposes
