With ref to the policy issued by Maruti Insurance Agency Logistics Limited Corporate Agents of ICICILombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. kindly provide the following information,
1) When has IRDA banned Maruti Insurance Agency Logistics Limited from selling Motor Insurance Policy to its customer, kindly provide a copy of the same.
2) IRDA has banned Maruti Insurance Agency Logistics Limited from selling Motor Insurance Policy to its customer, in that case whom should I approach for the renewal of the above policy.
3) ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. has refused to renew the above policy as the same was issued Maruti Insurance Agency Logistics Limited which is now banned by IRDA, in that case whom should I approach for the renewal of the above policy.
4) Whether ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. is correct in refusing to renew the above policy issued by its Corporate Agent Maruti Insurance Agency Logistics Limited.
If no, what action can be taken against ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd.
5) IRDA has banned Maruti Insurance Agency Logistics Limited from selling Motor Insurance Policy to its customer and ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd has refused to renew the above Policy as a result the above policy has lapsed. Who is responsible for the same and what action can be taken.
6) ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd has informed that Maruti Insurance Agency Logistics Limited does not renew the above policy as the car is 7 years old.
